Thanks for all the help. I found the problem and fixed it. I re-installed the mod for the 3rd time only this time, I chose the Russian version. This fixed the bug. it seems that when you install it in english, all the folders that are supposed to be in russian end up having garbage or strange characters instead of letters of the russian or english alphabet, Thus, the images cannot be found.
